Structural questions

Who signs the calculations?

A CEng engineer with structural design experience signs each set.

Do you need to visit?

Not for most beam calculations. Photos and dimensions are usually enough, and we'll tell you if we need to come out.

What buildings do you design?

Extensions, conversions and low-rise homes up to four storeys. See the note under What we design for the buildings we don't take on.

Send photos of the wall and the room above it.

With rough dimensions, that's usually enough for us to quote.
