Handover questions
Do you check the work on site?
No. We review the records, and visit only if records need checking against the works. We check that each one exists, is signed, sits against the right ITP line and, for hold points and a sample of the rest, that the results meet the specification. Your team stays responsible for the quality of the works.
Will a complete pack release my retention?
It removes one of the usual reasons sign-off stalls. Whether the pack is accepted and the retention released is down to your contract and your client.
Do you need to visit site for a handover pack?
Usually not. If records need checking against the works, we'll come out.
Which CAD formats do you work in?
DWG and PDF as standard. If your client has a template, send it over.
What if records are missing?
We list each gap with whoever owns it, so it can be chased before the handover date.
