NEC questions

Is NEC support legal advice?

No, it's contract administration advice. If it turns into a formal dispute, we work alongside your solicitor or claims specialist.

What do you need for an NEC audit?

The contract, the compensation event register, the accepted programme and the current one, and the correspondence. Early warnings and CE notifications matter most.

Do you assess the time impact on the programme?

Not in the audit. It shows which events are protected and which notices are missing or at risk, and drafts what to send. If you need a full time impact analysis, ask and we'll quote it separately.

Do you work on NEC3 contracts?

Yes, as well as NEC4 ECC and ECS.

Can you help before delay damages are applied?

Yes, and that's the best time. Events notified and assessed early usually recover more time.
